Duck (carcass)

Tomatoes in tomato juice by Uncle Vanya

Potato

Honey

Cooking Instructions
Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Wash the duck carcass well inside and out, dry it with a towel.
Rub the duck with honey, peel the potatoes and cut into large slices.
Combine the potatoes with the tomatoes in tomato juice by "Uncle Vanya" and stuff the duck.
Pin the incision on the duck carcass with toothpicks, leaving no gaps, or sew up with thread. Wrap the duck in foil and place it in the oven, heated to 200°C. Bake for 2 hours. 15 minutes before the end of baking, open the oven, unwrap the foil and pour the tomato juice over the duck.
Remove the duck from the oven, remove the toothpicks. On a separate platter, place the duck, as well as the potatoes and tomatoes from the duck.
