Fish and chips by Uncle Vanya

Ingredients for 2 servings

Cooking Instructions
Cut potatoes into large slices. Rinse in cold water. Dry. Add to the potatoes a little salt and black pepper. Stir. Cooking potato crisps. For batter mix water, flour and egg
Cod cut into pieces. Dip in flour, then in batter and spread on the pan. Fry on both sides for 10 minutes until golden crust. Green peas by "Uncle Vanya" with a portion of butter punch through a blender in mashed potatoes
For serving, lay the fish and chips on a plate. Served with pea puree
