Kharcho by Uncle Vanya

- Cooking Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients: wash the beef and cut it into pieces, wash the rice and soak in water for 10-15 minutes, get some onion and garlic, wash the pepper and tomatoes.
- Add the beef in the soup pot and add water. Cooking a low heat for 30 minutes. Cut the pepper and tomatoes into the pieces, slice the onion and garlic.
- Heat the frying pan, add sunflower oil, onion and garlic. Fry for 1 minute over medium heat. Add sweet pepper, adzhika Abkhazian by Uncle Vanya and khmeli-suneli.
- Add rice, tomatoes, cover and cook until ready for 20 minutes over medium heat. Wash and slice the green. Add to the kharcho.
