Pasta with pickled tomatoes Uncle Vanya and canned pink salmon

Durum wheat spaghetti

- Cooking Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti until tender. Carefully drain the hot water. You do not need to wash the finished spaghetti
- Prepare the sauce with canned pink salmon. Peel and wash the onion and a few cloves of garlic. Finely chop and fry in a frying pan
- Peel the pickled tomatoes by Uncle Vanya. Add them together with the juice to the passivated onions and garlic. Mix thoroughly and continue to fry over low heat
- Add salt and a mixture of Italian herbs (rosemary, oregano, cumin) for flavor. Season with a mixture of red, black and green pepper
- Add the pink salmon. After the fish, add the pitted olives to the rest of the ingredients. They will give the pasta a savory taste. Olives can be added whole or cut into slices. Instead of green olives, you can use black olives
- Combine the pasta with the sauce. Garnish the finished dish with aromatic parsley
