Baked Eggplants in Adjika Bruschettas

Cooking Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Cut the eggplant. Pour it with olive oil, salt it, pepper it and mix by hands.
Lay cut eggplants on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake eggplants until softness for near 25 min. Ready eggplants mix with Adzhika adjarian home style "Uncle Vanya" and cool it down.
