Spaghetti with eggplant sauce and minced meat by Uncle Vanya

Cooking Instructions
Place on high heat a pot with 3-4 liters of water, bring to rapid boil, add salt, put the spaghetti and stir. Cook according to the instructions on the package, stirring occasionally, without cooking for 1 min.
At the same time, in a large saucepan or deep frying pan, heat the oil, put the minced meat and fry over high heat, stirring and smashing the lumps until the minced meat changes color for about 5 minutes.
Put «Eggplant garnish Balkan style by Uncle Vanya» in a frying pan with minced meat. In a jar from caviar pour approximately 2/3 of the water, close the lid, shake. Pour out water from the pan. Stir thoroughly, bring to a boil and cook over low heat, stirring for 5 minutes.
Drain Ready spaghetti in a colander, shake off excess water and put the spaghetti in the sauce. Stir, cook for 1 min. Place on warmed plates and serve immediately.
