Quick Chicken and Baked Beans Stew

- Cut each thigh fillet into 4 pieces, salt and pepper. Peel garlic, cut into slices 2 mm. Sweet pepper wash and cut into squares 2 cm.
- In a saucepan with a thick bottom heat the oil, put the chicken and fry over medium heat until a brown on both sides, 5-7 minutes.
- Add peppers and garlic, cook, stirring, another 4 minutes, Add paprika, stir and immediately pour 1 Cup hot water. Cook over a high heat for 5 min.
- Add beans to the chicken, mix, warm for 1-2 minutes and serve, sprinkled with chopped herbs if desired.
